CLAMP CLAMP is a four-person manga group. IT started out as 11, but the others left the group. They are the people who first created Cardcaptor Sakura. All of the members of CLAMP are women. There names are Nanase Ohkawa, Mokona Apapa, Mick Nekoi, and Satsuki Igarashi. Besides Cardcaptor Sakura CLAMP also created the manga and anime Angelic Layer, X, Tokyo Babylon, RG Veda, Wish, Magic Knight Rayearth, Chobits, Clamp School Detectives, Man of Many Faces, Suki Dakara Suki, XXXHolic, Lawful Drug, Clover and many more. I think CLAMP does very lovely art. It's usually very detailed. Their story types vary. While X is dark and full of violence Magic Knight Rayearth is another magical girls series. CLAMP seems to come up with the most unique couples. But they can make everything seem beautiful and innocent. Rika and Terada are not a uncommon type of couple. As I mentioned before they have amazing art. Even though X/1999 is very dark and sad the beauty of the art jumps out at you. For me it was the art that first drew me to their series, and it has kept me hooked. CLAMP is the best!
