Past Sakura Ribbon NetworkSuppi's New Corner #8 Suppi: Welcome back, to Sakura Ribbon Network. Today Nakura will be telling us a bit about Cardcaptor Sakura the anime. Kari-chan will be telling us a bit about CLAMP's new CCS spin-off instead of look-a-likes, toady. Also, I will be interviewing some Cardcaptor Sakura fans! Now, over to Nakura. Nakura: Thanks, Sup Sup! Suppi: @_@; Nakura... please, no more weird nicknames!!! Nakura: Since TokyoPop has finished publishing all of the Cardcaptor Sakura manga, I will be keeping you informed on the Cardcaptor Sakura anime (subbed version, of course). Two more DVD willl be coming out soon! Cardcaptor Sakura: Confessions will be coming out Septemeber 9th and Cardcaptor Sakura: Revelation will be coming out November 11th. Both of these DVD include the subtitled version of CCS. Good news, the second CCS movie will finally be coming out in America/Canada! The date is set for November 18th. Kari: Everyone is talking about Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, a new series by CLAMP. It is set in a different dimension, but uses the characters from CCS. Syaoran is the main character. Sakura and him are childhood friends. He must collect all of Sakura's memories, which flew away, in order to save her life. Touya plays Sakura's brother and King and Yukito plays his friend and priest. Tomoyo is the princess of Japan. There are also some other CLAMP characters in this story, for example Mokona (from Magic Knight Rayearth.) I was thrilled to see Arashi and Sorata (X) appear as a couple, they are just so cute together!!! ^^ Chii (Chobits) also made a small appearance. If you want to see your favorite CLAMP character again, look no further then this series! Now, to Touya-chan! Tomoyo: ~ ON VACATION ~ Toya: The "Link of the Day" this time is Sakura's Magic Star. A beautiful site with amazing graphics and always has a great layout. Suppi: I'm back now, and have a few Cardcaptor Sakura fans with me. First, here is Sana Kurata, a popular actress. Tell me Sana, why do you like Cardcaptor Sakura? Sana: Sakura is so cool! She doesn't put up with that Li (at the beginning) and proves she is a great Cardcaptor! Sometimes boy can be such demons... like Hayama... Anyway... where was I? Suppi: ._. We'll just move on. Miwako, from Paradise Kiss, is also here with us. Why do you like Cardcaptor Sakura? Miwako: Miwako loves Tomoyo-chan's designs! ^^ She has such talent. Some of her dresses remind me of Sissy's. Arashi says he doesn't like the series, but I catch him reading my manga all the time! ^____^ Suppi: I see. Now, "Wedding Peach" (is that her real name...? >_<), why do you like Cardcaptor Sakura? Wedding Peach: I can relate to Sakura. It's tough to be a magical girl, and Sakura does it with a smile. Not to mention it's hard to get around so many obstacles to be with the one you love, and Sakura did that too. (Actually a few characters did that...) Suppi: I see, well thank you for your time.
